• All live bird shipments include proper ventilation, secure packaging, and necessary care materials.

• Shipping is done via delta cargo

• Customers must ensure they are available to receive the shipment on the delivery date.

Damage or Delays

Return Policy

Live Birds

• Live birds cannot be returned. However, if there are health issues within 72 hours of arrival, we will work with you to resolve the issue. A veterinarian report may be required.
